A cake blog with tutorials for decorating
Thankyou for a lovely website I love blogs like this with pictures I learn more easily I find u tube to fast I can't wait to make the Father Christmas cake 😃
I absolutely love your ninjago cake! Do you know roughly how much blue icing you used? I can buy 250gr bags but I don't know how many I should buy.Thank you!!
Thanks, Ana! I think that I used almost a full 24-oz (680g) box of Wilton blue Decorator Preferred fondant.
I found some of your softball themed cookies on Pinterest, but can't seem to find them in your blog to figure out what you used to make them.
They probably weren't cookies. (I'm terrible at baking cookies!) They were probably either cupcakes or cupcake toppers. If it was the cupcakes that had numbers on them, I just used a round cutter to cut circles of fondant and drew the seams with edible markers. If they were the ones without numbers, I used a sports cutter/ texture set that I bought from Amazon for less than ten dollars: http://www.amazon.com/Country-Kitchen-Sports-Cookie-Texture/dp/B002RBD3IQ. You could probably use the set for cookies too (or cover the cookies with fondant). I hope this helps!
I am trying to make sleeping beauty cake and I wanted to know what type of clay extruder you have and how you cute the letters for the name out?
